“She couldn’t keep her balance and she was worried she would fall off the stage,” Shania said. She blacked out for a few milliseconds every 30 seconds, which was very disturbing to her. The talented singer, known for her hit song “Come On Over,” was worried that her voice would never be the same again. “I was worried that I would permanently lose my voice and that I would never be able to sing again,” she expressed her concerns.

Despite her difficulties, Shania found solace in her writing. “I was very disappointed and really upset, but I still have writing to do and my writing is first and foremost my first love,” she told The Sun.
