It all started in 2014, when the couple was granted territory in Washington. But the tragedy struck when Dave received the hemorrhage of the brain, which left it with limited mobility. He remained in the rehabilitation center for a long period, but he never refused his dream.
Dave’s recovery
Despite losing the use of the right side of his body, Dave remains determined to realize his dream of building a house. He found comfort and strength in construction work, which played an important role in his recovery. In 2016, just as the house was completed, Dave miraculously regained the ability to move 85% of his body. The ground floor includes a guest bedroom, bathroom and storage room.
