Fans have been left shocked after the latest news from Rihanna.
She rented out a home in Arizona for her Super Bowl halftime show.
And it came at quite the cost!

And the focus has appeared to be on her brands, Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty.
Fenty Beauty is reportedly worth a staggering $2.8 billion…
And according to Forbes, the 9-time Grammy Award winner’s “stake in the fast-growing cosmetics company” is where most of her fortune lies.
Bloomberg also reported that Savage X Fenty lingerie was working closely with advisors on an “initial public offering,” which could value the company at “$3 billion or more.”
Rihanna owns “30 percent” of that company, according to reports.
But, her work doesn’t end there as Rihanna also started a philanthropy fund called the Clara Lionel Foundation…
It aims to “support groundbreaking education” and tackle “climate resilience.”
Now, as we mentioned things have been quiet on the music front for Rihanna for the past few years.
But, earlier this year fans of the singer finally got what they had been waiting for.
It was announced that Rihanna would headline the Super Bowl 2023 Half-Time Show.
And with that came the announcement of new music.
Following the news that the singer will headline the Super Bowl, LVII 2023 show Jay Z shared some kind words about Rihanna…
“Rihanna is a generational talent, a woman of humble beginnings who has surpassed expectations at every turn. A person born on the small island of Barbados who became one of the most prominent artists ever. Self-made in business and entertainment,” he said.
After announcing the news to the world…
The singer finally broke her silence.
The thirty-four-year-old explained how she feels about her performance at next year’s Super Bowl.
She also hinted at who will join her on stage.
When asked how she felt about the Super Bowl, Rihanna said she felt “nervous” yet excited at the same time.
The conversation then shifted as to who would join her on stage.
TMZ was told that there is roster of close to fifty possibilities of names who could potentially join the singer on stage.
But before she heads to the Super Bowl next year…

The song is part of the Marvel movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
But, that’s not the only big news that Rihanna had the year.
As the singer welcomed her first child back in May.
Rihanna welcomed a baby boy with partner A$AP Rocky.
Since then, both Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have remained very private about the birth of their son.
Although, A$AP Rocky did open up to Dazed magazine for the summer 2022 issue about how he is focusing on raising “open-minded children.”
“I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination, even as adults, no matter what,” he said.
“I actually love to watch cartoons – I’ve watched like Teletubbies, Blue’s Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba, Peppa Pig, and Baby Shark,” A$AP added.
And Rihanna also spoke to PEOPLE about her son, where she said her baby is at a very “cuddly stage.”
“He is funny, he’s happy — and he’s fat!
“He’s amazing. It’s a real cuddly stage right now,” she added.
And according to Access Hollywood, during the launch of her lingerie collection Savage x Fenty Show Vol. 4, Rihanna said “motherhood is a whole different beast.”
She candidly said that life changes when you become a parent.
“Life starts over when you become a parent, it’s a life that you’ve never known before. The beginning is like you’re tripping acid every day. It’s wild, trippy as hell.
“You look at him and he’s yours but he’s a stranger and you’re learning him as he’s learning you and learning the world. When he looks at me in my eyes, my whole soul…I can’t tell if it’s cold or hot,” Rihanna explained.
She also added that becoming parents has affected her relationship with A$AP…
“It’s amazing to have a friendship be the center of our entire family, I really love it,” she said.
Soon after came the moments that many fans have been waiting for…
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky showed everyone their baby for the first time.
Rihanna shared a video of her baby boy.
The video, posted to TikTok, showed Rihanna’s baby making some adorable faces and then he took her phone.
As you can imagine, the video sent fans into a frenzy…
And it also got them all saying the same thing…

A man had traveled all the way from South Carolina to propose to Riri, as per TMZ.
The man was immediately greeted by Rihanna’s security, who called the authorities.
The man was then handcuffed and taken away.
And now, a brand new Riri story is dominating headlines.
48-year-old cybersecurity expert Spyro Malaspinas rented out his home in Arizona for Rihanna to stay in for the Super Bowl.
He was the proud owner of a five-bed home in Paradise Valley that cost a whopping $7.3 million.
And Rihanna paid $500,000 for the week!
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Malaspinas said: “The last thing I am is a real estate baron. My pride’s not that big. I don’t mind moving out for $500,000 a week.”
“My daughter was absolutely thrilled,” he joked.
