After two years of marriage and the birth of their second child, Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman have made the decision to get divorced. Halterman asked a Kentucky court to annul their union.

Slaton’s TLC series 1000-pound Sisters followed the couple’s courtship, which ultimately resulted in their elopement in 2017 and subsequent legal marriage two years later.

When they part ways, they are both prepared for new experiences and forced to face the reality that things did not turn out as planned.

Tammy Slaton and Michael Halterman finally got to meet their second son after months of waiting.

Glenn Allen Halterman was delivered via c-section and was an impressive 5 pounds, 11 ounces, and a healthy 17 point 5 inches.

In an episode of 1000-Lb, Slaton gushed about how happy the couple was to welcome their new child into the family. Our family is complete, sisters.

They were even more pleased with the newest member of their tribe when she added that Glenn resembled both herself and Michael.

In order to raise two kids, Sarah Slaton has long yearned to be a mother. She is delighted that with the addition of their newest family member, her dream has finally come true.

In their small but perfectly formed family, Gage Deon Halterman joined. A picture-perfect moment in time, one to celebrate and remember for the rest of one’s life.
