Heartbreaking Accident: Tragedy Strikes an Eight-Year-Old

The accident happened around 07:20 am, but details about the number of students on the bus at that time are unclear. Although no one else was injured, the impact on Harmoney’s family and the community is immeasurable.

Harmoney’s father, Jasper Harper, shared the devastating moments leading up to the loss of his daughter. He recounted how his wife heard their son screaming for his sister, prompting her to rush outside. Jasper was awakened by her urgent plea, “I need you now.” As he reached the front door, he heard the heartbreaking words, “Call 911, my daughter is dead.” Harmoney had been playing outside their home, a place where she should have been safe.
