The cause of death for Denise Russo was made known.
The coroner’s report from the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office on Saturday stated that the former star of the 2011 VH-1 reality series The X-Life passed away at the age of 44 from “toxic effects of fentanyl and methamphetamine,” and that her death was ruled an accident.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office reported on March 10 that Russo passed away on March 5 at a friend’s house.
The medical examiner’s office claims that after 911 was called, first responders arrived at the scene. Russo was found dozing off on the ground, surrounded by drug paraphernalia.
