Sofia Richie is making her health a priority in any way she can!
The 24-year-old model demonstrated how she stays in shape despite her busy schedule on Saturday by posting a 15-minute workout routine to TikTok. She invited the camera into her home gym as she and Elizabeth Vidor, a certified fitness and pilates instructor, started working out.
She says at the beginning of the video, “I wanted to start my day off on a positive note, so let’s do a quick little workout.”.
Richie begins with three sets of 45-second jumping rope exercises while wearing an all-black outfit and a thick headband to pull her hair back. She makes a silly move toward the end of the sets in the video, crossing her legs while she spins the rope beneath her.
She then progresses to weighted medicine ball slams, in which she picks the ball up off the floor while squatting, holds it above her head for a moment, then throws it down and repeats the move. She dances and playfully flexes her biceps while drinking water.

The following set consists of chest presses while holding a pilates ring tight between her knees and raising her hips in a bridge position. She doesn’t specify how many times to do this, but she quickly transitions to an ab exercise where she holds a weight and alternately touches each heel to engage her obliques.
Richie finishes with mountain climbers, which causes her to collapse to the ground. Her trainer chuckles behind the camera at how worn out a 15-minute workout can make you feel.
