Dannie Mountford, a 19-year-old bride from the West Midlands, had an unexpected surprise on her wedding day. Just when she and her new husband, Carl, were enjoying their first dance, Dannie’s waters broke! Little did they know that their baby daughter, Jasmine, was ready to make her grand entrance into the world.
The couple planned a wedding in just six weeks and was convinced that their children would wait until January. But fate had other plans. Dannie’s water broke while she was still wearing her beautiful wedding dress, turning their wedding day into an unforgettable experience.
In shock, Dannie quickly made her way to the bathroom with her mother’s help. The wedding guests, full of worry, surrounded her to check if she was okay. The situation required a trip to the hospital and a taxi was quickly found.

Jasmine was born almost a month early, weighing just 6 pounds 4 ounces, but healthy and the perfect wedding gift. Danny said, “It was such a surprise, and even though it’s been a big fuss ever since, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
